Leadership Summary Statement

As Director of Operations for multiple hotel brands, from 2001 to the present, I have a proven record of leading teams with a commitment to service excellence, delivering increased revenues and growing profits. In 2011, I branched out on my own and established Legend Hospitality Inc., a hotel management and consulting company. My experience conveys a very hands-on approach to the oversight and guidance of hotels by utilizing my 23+ years’ experience as General Manager, Director of Operations and Director of Sales for full service, upper mid-scale and mid-scale hotel properties. Collaboration, non-defensiveness and accountability are the core essentials of my team culture. My goal is to deliver immediate improvement in key financial metrics along with a solid operating culture of sustained high-performance and continuous improvement. I specialize in hotel operations, brand relations, risk management, employee development, property openings, hotel renovations and construction project management.
